This week, I got back a midterm (for those of you who haven’t read my About page, I’m finishing a graduate program in Psychology this spring) with the happy grade of 100%. I diagnosed Voldemort from the Harry Potter series with a mental illness. I think this means I should major in Harry Potter. Don’t you agree?
This is me:

Today, I am on my way to my home state. Where is that might you ask? Here!
Why am letting country roads take me home? To celebrate my lovely mother:
During this road trip, approximately twelve hours from my current home in Denver, E and I are listening to the latest in the Divergent series, by Veronica Roth. It’s really interesting though far, although I’m not sure if it will top the other two yet! I won’t give anything away, but it really makes me think. I highly recommend both this series (especially if you enjoy dystopian novels) and listening to audiobooks on road trips. It makes time fly! Especially out West–these states are wide. Wyoming is kind of endless.

Although my little corner of the internet is still an experiment, unfortunately I decided to get this baby going during finals. I’m well known for my impeccable timing.
Now excuse me while I get back to my self-imposed finals road trip. See? Impeccable! But, since my mom decided to be born during this time of year, I think I might be able to blame my genes 🙂
Happy Friday! I hope yours is full of whatever you find enjoyable on this little journey of ours.
