There are so many delicious and delicate pastries here–how do they do it?? I need to learn their ways 🙂 I’m so impressed that you took part in the bake off last year!!! I discovered the other days that I was actually using strudel flour in everything–doh! Thanks to my landlord, she was like “are you trying to make bread with that flour?” Um yes, and it was gross ;). At least now I know what strudel flour is should I ever need it, I guess!!

Routines can be good sometimes 🙂 And well done for attempting the whirls – it definitely is difficult to come by some of the ingredients and necessary tools (like sturdy piping bags!) in Central Europe! Although you’d think with how good their pastries and cakes are that one could find more items like this, right?
