Take 1 // Taking lots of pictures of random things, like of this cat drinking water.
Take 2 // Dealing with our “expat problems,” like the time we realized we didn’t have a corkscrew.
Take 3 // Eating only topinky (fried bread with garlic) for dinner on more than one occasion.
Take 4 // Going to a pub to see a place where Robin Hood peed…only to discover that somehow you just made that fact up and no one else has any idea what you’re talking about (but it was still cool to see the oldest pub in Dublin).
Take 5 // Holding on for dear life to this bridge longer than I cared to just for the sake of a picture.
Take 6 // Attempting to snag a picture at the train bar in Prague of a train going by loaded with drinks, which took me much longer than I should have. It’s all about timing!
Take 7 // Ordering ice cream made for kids, in spaghetti or mouse shapes, and having those be highlights of our trip.
Take 8 // Spending two hours looking for one specific fountain in Karlovy Vary (because it looks like the Chamber of Secrets and I had to find it) only to realize we had been reading the map wrong the whole time.
Take 9 // Going to Loket to see the castle…but spending much more time watching the baby goats living below the castle than at the actual castle itself.
Take 10 // Eating at the same restaurant multiple times in one day…because sometimes you just get tired of trying new things (or their pizza is just that good).
Take 11 // Eating gelato even when it’s freezing…because you’re in Italy after all.
Take 12 // Getting irrationally excited when the waiter brings FREE potato chips with my wine.
Take 13 // Bundling up because it’s freezing…even on the train.
Take 14 // Making ordering mistakes, like this fermented cheese. Not too disgusting–but certainly not what I thought I ordered!
Take 15 // Tearing up when I see places I’ve always dreamed of seeing, like this library.

So Robin Hood peed at Brazen Head?? Totally have never heard that but went there haha!! I’m always a fan of the baby goats too 🙂
I KNOW I read that he peed there and I searched and searched and could not find it again. Even the bartenders were like “well he visited but did he pee? ummm…” and thought I was crazy. I even went out back by the dumpster looking for a plaque, lol! Either way it was a cool pub to visit 🙂

Hehe I love these outtakes!!! Did the shoe method work for opening the bottle of wine? We almost had to try that recently when we forgot a corkscrew on a picnic in Provence. Luckily we passed by a hiker who was carrying one and helped us out – but I’ve always been intrigued about trying that method!
It did NOT work for us haha. But I’ve heard of it working for some people!! We will probably end up trying it again someday 😉 And a picnic in Provence?? What a sentence! 😉
