haha because it was invented in the southern part of Quebec 🙂 and the right cheese is a specialty of the region! I swear I’m not that biased 😉

I was so hungry after I wrote this–but unfortunately only for food I cannot get right now, lol. So poutine is better in Quebec, huh? Why is that? 🙂

Yes! It all feels like a vacation and there’s always so many new things to try/do/taste, so it’s hard to deprive yourself 🙂
