Yes it’s one of my favorite festivals! Even with the stress of the fireworks.

I loved Chiang Mai, too! I think I would like to give Bangkok another try because I’ve heard great things but I just couldn’t love it. Maybe it’s too much combined with culture shock, but I preferred Chiang Mai–so much prettier and less chaotic, I thought!

Yes! The first thing I thought of was the enchanted ceiling at Hogwarts, especially while we were sitting on the roof of our hostel 🙂

It was such a great night! I have to take E back someday since he missed out. I’m interested in seeing it elsewhere…I’ve heard Taiwan has a good one, but someone said Thailand’s is the best…but then again someone else said Thailand’s is the smallest, so who the heck knows?!? I just know Thailand is incredible haha.
