All I can think about is Christmas. And snow.
Especially since a (supposedly) freezing snowstorm is heading Denver’s way as. we. speak.
It’s very exciting.
Of course, everyone here is preparing like crazy and freaking out. (This is normal.) The store was full of people just like me filling their carts with canned goods, in case this storm actually is as big as they say and we’re stuck inside the rest of the week. Although I did sneak in a few cans of Spaghetti-Os into my own basket (don’t judge…you know you love them too) I remembered all of these delicious soup recipes the unseasonably warm weather have prevented me from making. In honor of this revelation, and the cold weather ahead of us (and likely for you, too), I thought I would compile a list of my favorite soups to keep you warm as it really becomes winter!
{Lasagna Soup} my favorite!
{Easier Lasagna Soup in the Crockpot}
{Corn & Cheese Chowder} another favorite!
{Tomato Basil Soup with Cheese Tortellini}
{Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Croutons}
{The Only Butternut Squash Soup Recipe You’ll Ever Need}
{Leftover Turkey Soup} for those Thanksgiving leftovers that just won’t disappear!
Enjoy!
